The Garage Geek's story began years ago while working for other garage door companies. The Geek noticed that the quality of communication and service the customer received was not always top notch and there was a lot of room for improvement. As a technician back then, The Geek couldn't change the way those companies worked. So, she decided to open her own company to fix those problems and to provide better service and better prices.
